• When will the new log-in system and accounts be changed?

  The new login system and account changes will be implemented starting in 2026.

  Logging in with the new log-in ID and password will only be possible after the log-in system is changed. Until then, please continue to use your existing log-in ID and password to access our services.

• Can the data registered for each service with the current account still be used after switching to the new log-in system?

  By completing pre-registration, you will be able to continue using your registered date in our services after the log-in system changes.

• When does the pre-registration start? Please let me know the period.

  Pre-registration is scheduled from June 15, 2025, until just before the transition to the new log-in system.

• How long can we use the current Web Service Portal account?

  You can continue to use your current log-in ID until the transition to the new log-in system is complete.
