Even if you click the "Save" button during the pre-registration process, no confirmation or completion notice will be sent via email or other means.
When the new log-in system is introduced, a notification regarding your new account will be sent to the email address you registered during pre-registration.
Please follow the instructions in that notification to complete your registration.
