  By completing pre-registration, you will be able to continue using your registered date in our services after the log-in system changes.

• The pre-registration has been completed, but I am unable to log-in using the new log-in ID and password. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

  Logging in with the new log-in ID and password will only be possible after the log-in system is changed. Until then, please continue to use your existing log-in ID and password to access our services.
